The Final Chapter: A Historic Toast at Rellik Winery

History is being poured on March 21st, and it’s a story you won’t want to miss. For the Rogue Valley wine community, a significant chapter is coming to a close at Rellik Winery during their upcoming Library Dinner.

The star of the evening is the iconic 2019 Odin’s Shoulders. This vintage has long been a benchmark for Rellik—a bold, "hero" red that captures the very essence of the estate. But the cellar is reaching its end. This dinner marks the absolute last chance to taste and purchase the final hidden bottles of this vintage before it’s gone forever.

The evening begins at 6:00 PM, featuring a meticulously curated four-course menu by Chef Skye Elder. Throughout the night, Chef Skye and Managing Member Delando Pegan will share the stories behind the pairings, including the 2021 Sparkling Grenache, the 2021 Grenache, and the legendary 2019 Odin’s Shoulders served with Grilled Beef Tenderloin.

This is a rare opportunity to slow down, savor a gourmet meal, and toast to a vintage that has defined the Rellik experience. If any bottles remain after the final drop is poured, they will be available for sale—though supplies are extremely limited.

Join Rellik Winery for this historic farewell. Once the final bottle is uncorked, this icon moves from the glass into the history books.
